Delete Your Data
We respect your right to control your personal information. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from SplitPot, please follow the instructions below.
What Will Be Deleted?
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (name, email, profile picture)
- All game data and history
- Player contacts and information you've added
- Buy-in records and settlements
- All statistics and leaderboards
- Any uploaded images or files
⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1 — Delete directly from the app ✓ Recommended
- Open the SplitPot app
- Tap the Profile tab (bottom-right)
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Read the confirmation prompt and tap "Delete" to confirm
✅ Deletion is immediate — your account and all associated data are permanently removed from our servers right away.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we'll handle it manually:
- Send an email to project44231@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your name (as shown in the app)
- Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted
- We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and delete your data within 30 days
Guest Mode Users
If you used the app in Guest Mode (without signing in):
- Your data is stored locally on your device
- Simply uninstall the app to remove all local data
- Guest data on our servers is automatically cleaned up periodically
